Yoghurt

We make some of the best yoghurt on the block! All-natural, our yoghurt contains only milk and yoghurt cultures.  We don't make it until you order it!  Please be patient: It takes us about 24 hours to prepare and deliver your yoghurt from the time you order it.

Yoghurt comes in either 1-cup or 1-quart sizes, and can be made with whole, 2%, 1%, or skim milk at your request.

Bulgarian yoghurt is made from milk and cultured with Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.  This is said to be the most delicious yoghurt.  We recommend that you choose whole milk when ordering bulgarian yoghurt.

Sweet yoghurt is made from milk and cultured with Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium spp, Steptococcus thermophilus, and  Lactobacillus delbrueckii. This is my personal favorite.

Finally, Tangy yoghurt is made from milk and cultured with Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Streptococcus bulgaricus, Streptococcus lactis.
